Cataracts/Eye Surgery
Cataract Surgery and Eye Surgery
What is a cataract?
A cataract is a cloudy area in the normally clear lens of the eye. If its size and location on the lens interferes with normal vision there are solutions. Early symptoms of cataracts include blurred vision, glare, and difficulty when reading. Sometimes the symptoms develop very gradually. Cataracts are most common in people 55 and older although they have also been seen in very young children.
Cataract surgery is very effective at restoring eyesight. Start enjoying life and those activities that have been hard to see once again!
Cataract Surgery is one of the most common surgeries performed in the world. Usually you can be back home in hours with restored vision, with the short recovery time you can get back to doing things you
enjoy again.
